Utilities Information
- City of Missoula Resident Information page
- Grizzly Disposal provides trash collection once a week on Mondays.
- Please have your container put out in the morning. Collection fees are paid by the HOA. Republic will continue to provide a recycling service option that is an extra cost to the resident.
- Missoula Water provides water and sewer services to our homes.
- Northwestern Energy provides electricity and gas.
Seasonal
- Fall:
- As freezing weather nears, disconnect all hoses from the faucets. Leaving them connected with water in them invites freezing of the faucet and possible damage to piping in the house.
- Winter:
- Deicing material is available from the HOA free of charge to homeowners and residents. It is usually in a container outside the shop door near the mailboxes.
- The HOA contracts to have snow removed from sidewalks and drives when accumulations are 2" or more. Deicer is applied, as needed.
