Before You Renovate
The exterior appearance of Cobblestone is maintained by the Architecture Committee of the Daniel Addition HOA per our Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions. The purpose for this is to ensure that modifications are done in a manner that does not detract from the overall appearance of the buildings. Any change to the outside of any building or part thereof is not to be made without first getting permission from the Committee.
The first thing to do is review is the Architectural Guidelines document. This presents some help in determining acceptable modifications. This guide does not preclude getting permission for any alteration of the outside of your townhome.
Architectural Modifications Form - Complete this electronic form with a description of the modifications you wish to do on that affect the EXTERIOR of your home. Upon completion, it will be submitted to the Architecture Committee for their review. Communications between you and the Committee will be retained with your request. If you have any general questions about changes, please do so by emailing them to the Architecture Committee using Contact Us.
