Maintenance Requests
Do you have a maintenance need?  If so, please go to Contact Us.  In the Send To box, select "Email a Maintenance Request".  Your request will go to both ADEA and the HOA Board of Directors.  Submitting your maintenance needs in this way not only ensure your request is made, it will help everyone communicate better.
 
 
As you compose your request, be sure to include:
  • a clear description of the problem
  • a contact name
  • best contact phone number
  • email address.
Please click here to review the maintenance responsibilities of the HOA which are accomplished through our property manager, ADEA.  They work under direction from the HOA Board of Directors.
