Bear Aware
It is that time of year again when we need to be extremely cautious of hungry bears in the area. One was caught on an alarm camera about 2:30 this morning. There was a dumpster left out and the contents scattered over the driveway.
PUT DUMPSTERS OUT EARLY MONDAY MORNING. DO NOT PUT THEM OUT THE NIGHT BEFORE. If you are going to be gone on a Monday please ask a neighbor to put it out for you. Dumpsters are to be stored in your garage.

Fall Cleanup
ATTENTION HOMEOWNERS: Autumn Cleanup Schedule
As you are all aware, timing autumn cleanup is tricky because of the weather and the schedules of our vendors. The early October snow in 2022 caught everyone by surprise. We are hoping that the weather holds until we can complete the cleanup this year.
LEAF PICK UP -- Our vendor has said we are on their schedule to pick up the leaves the first week of November. If there are bothersome leaves on your walkway, sweep them onto the grass until they can be picked up.
GUTTER CLEANING – We have an agreement for gutter cleaning by November 15. It is always a gamble as to when the leaves will be down enough, before freezing, to have the gutters free of debris for the winter. The vendor has said it may be done as early as next week. There will be only one cleaning done this autumn.
BUSH TRIMMING – The vendor has said they will try to get to the bushes this fall but will do the trimming in the spring if they are unable to get it done in the next few weeks.
There is no need to contact ADEA on these issues. ADEA, the vendors, and the Board are well aware of the situation and are making every effort to complete the work that needs to be done. As always, you can contact the Board by using the “Contact Us” function on the website. Thank you.
